Can we use Everbridge for noncritical communication (i.e. staff training reminders)?
Yes, please use it for everyday messaging if you choose. I would rather you get in the habit of using the system so that when you have to use it for a real emergency, you will not have to second guess yourself.

Does the system have the ability to have multiple users within an organization that can send out notifications?
Can you change the default settings for all notifications - not just creating templates?
Yes amclarty, just let me know who you would like to be in the system to send messages and I will add them to your group. You can also have more than one person as a manager.
Yes Laurie, just selet new notification and set up your notifications as you see fit.
Will that be the default settings that will save for future notifications?
Laurie, When you create your notification and choose your settings, you have the choice to save it as a template so that it will be saved. But, if you create a notification and don't create a template, it will not be saved. You will have to recreate the settings upon creating your next notification.

On the app, under settings, there is a "default notifications setting". Under "sender information", is the sender email considered the sender email display or the actual email address that is sending the message?
